Clearing doubts about RPA

People always have some doubts regarding RPA technology as we are not far enough in the time where we can blindly trust on such technologies where work is handled by robots. So, I have discussed some of the common doubts where I have talked about whether these assumptions really do exist or not ;and if exist, how can it be solved.

Humans will be completely replaced

No, this will not happen. RPA is not made to replace humans, it is made to make human's work easy. It is only a technology which is created by humans and in no way it can eradicate its creators. So, what is the purpose of it? The purpose of RPA is to do that job which does not require much human attention and can be assigned to a bot by programming the bot for it. This will let humans focus on other important work which is way more useful and can't be done by bots. Then humans can be assigned better jobs to make this world better. 

Very costly setup

The question arises often is it worth spending so much money just on a software? The answer to this is yes. Because look at the brighter side, this is just a one time investment through which you can cut down the pay of entire life of any employee whose work can easily be done by a bot. And it does not perform a single task, in fact, it can be used for various purposes. Moreover, RPA is a growing technology which will only give you benefits in future. 

Data is not secured

Many people often think by using these technologies, there data will be uploaded online or may be it will be exposed to unwanted sources which can harm their company. But it is completely opposite, RPA is the most secured tool. It ensures data confidentiality in a way which no other source can provide. There is too much risk in data handling by a human as a human can lie, cheat, or fraud for his own benefits but RPA will never do that. It will always keep your data safe and make sure no scam occurs. 

Execution will not be perfect

Execution problems occur when there is an error in the programming of bots or the cause can be the tool which you are using for RPA. Some companies do not provide a good platform due to which bots do not function as intended. So, this problem can be solved by using a good software like g1ant.
