How is RPA different from other automation tools?

In today's world, a lot of technologies exist but RPA is something unique which provide interface and uses which no other tool can. 

Selenium, robotium are examples of some other automation tools. Selenium is automated software testing tool for testing web applications whereas robotium is automation testing framework for Android.There are many other tools like RPA which have same functionality up to some extent. The aim of these tools can be considered as to remove manual human work and doing work through artificial intelligence which can improve the workflow. But there are some differences between them. 

Most automation tools use API-integrated programs designed to perform a particular task. They work with existing applications and improve workflow by quickly performing daily tasks. For some people, it also meant pulling important data from scanned tax documents to make searchable, bookmarked PDFs and import-ready files.

RPA is different as it provides flexibility like no other automation tool. It does not make user to start from the ground level and performs task at user level which can be easily understood and learned by the user. Through RPA it is very easy to program a bot as it uses already existing languages with very minor changes and not starting from scratch. These bots can be monitored by humans. 

Some RPAs are designed to only complete one task similar to existing automation technology and others come prepackaged with a suite of features that you select after installation. RPA can also provide recording functions and many other features which can not be find in other automation tools.

So, we can conclude among all the existing automation tools, RPA is most efficient up till now. It can be considered best due to so much variety of its applications with an easy user interface providing the best combination.
